It has been reported that the insured unit was traveling on the interstate when it was sideswiped by another vehicle on its left side, causing the insured driver to lose steering control and strike a barrier wall on the left side, resulting in physical damage as a result of the collision. This damage includes, but is not necessarily limited, to the hood, front bumper, front mirrors, front headlamps, fog lamps, front cooling, left cowl, left front door, left side fairings, left side cab extenders, left-side cab sleeper panel, left front wheel, and left front suspension. We note that the damage to the door prevented us from being able to access the interior cab. This unit is being sold as part of an insurance claim***

- We do not guarantee current registration or that this item will meet local emission requirements. Titles/titling docs may be delayed due to extended processing times at DMV.
- All bids cannot be retracted and are binding until 2 business days after the auction ends. Failure to make full payment will result in a Default Fee.

- Item must be picked up within 8 business days of the auction, or the buyer will incur storage charges.
Pickup Terms
Failure to follow these terms may result in the seller turning away the attempt of your driver to pick up the purchased item(s).
Hours: Must contact location 24 hrs prior to pickup - Monday – Friday (9AM to 3PM)
Unscheduled pickups will be turned away. No loading assistance. Buyer must bring/send all necessary equipment and labor needed to load the unit.
No Loading Dock, Ramps, or Forklift Available: Only RGN or trailers with ramps can be used to pick up this item at this location. Seller will not allow item to be loaded on a step-deck or flatbed trailer without the appropriate ramps.
Driver MUST bring a copy of the IronPlanet Item Release to pick the item up.
