*TITLE STATES SALVAGE**The unit sustained impact damage on 8/31/2022. It has been reported that the operator was using crane to lift HVAC unit to place on top of commercial building. Landing gear sunk into dirt causing cab and boom to tip over on right side and the boom came to rest on the top of a metal structure roof. Damages include but are not limited to scratches to outer boom skin, hydraulic cylinder mount, outrigger box (repair, foot pad assembly (replace), front foot pad (repair), and scratched cab rocker. It includes 48,500 lbs of counterweights.
Unit starts, runs and operates. Boom powers up and working. However, the unit incurred a total loss because Grove insisted on inspecting it before recertification. The expenses associated with dismantling and reassembling the boom were significant, and neither the insurance company nor the insured could cover the cost. Consequently, Grove has deactivated the unit's serial number in their system until recertification is completed.
The current operating and/or physical condition of the unit has not been verified by IronPlanet.

Failure to follow these terms may result in the seller turning away the attempt of your driver to pick up the purchased item(s).
Hours: Mon-Fri 9-3pm Buyer must call for appt. Unscheduled pickups will be turned away.
Location cannot assist with load out. Unit will self-load and/or drive.
No Loading Dock, Ramps, or Forklift Available: Only RGN or trailers with ramps can be used to pick up this item at this location. Seller will not allow item to be loaded on a step-deck or flatbed trailer without the appropriate ramps.
Driver MUST bring a copy of the IronPlanet Item Release to pick the item up.
