The unit sustained fire damage on 08/18/2021. It has been reported that the unit suffered damages during transit as a result of a truck fire. The unit was parked where observations indicate fire/heat exposure including burnt paint, melted items and soot deposits. Observations inclue damage to the gas tank, deck steps, mudflaps, hoses, wiring, hydraulic reservoir, work light and tires. The fire and heat appeared to be concentrated predominately on the center of the left side. The fiberglass cabin and the cabin interior appeared unaffected with the exception of light surficial soot deposits. This unit is being sold as part of an insurance claim.

Failure to follow these terms may result in the seller turning away the attempt of your driver to pick up the purchased item(s).
Hours: Call 24 hours prior to schedule pickup - M-F 7 to 4
Location cannot assist with loadout. Unit is sitting on the ground with flat tires. Will need to be hauled away on a flatbed. Location will charge storage to the buyer at $35.00 per day if item is not picked up by 2/15.
No Loading Dock, Ramps, or Forklift Available: Only RGN or trailers with ramps can be used to pick up this item at this location. Seller will not allow item to be loaded on a step-deck or flatbed trailer without the appropriate ramps.
Driver MUST bring a copy of the IronPlanet Item Release to pick the item up.
