The unit sustained damage on 03/04/2024. It has been reported that the units had been collapsed and secured atop wood pallet forms and they were buffered with fiberboard edge guards and expanded cellular foam blanket strips. There were also corrugated fiberboard cartons visible that had been sealed with two-inch-wide packing tape. We noted that the cargo had shifted to the driver's side and the pallet on the passenger side had jumped the one adjacent to it on the left. It appears that the very robust units have remained intact due to their material composition. The potential does exist that some abrasions or scoring effects may have been made into the unit's metal surfaces but we could not observe any. The cartons that were placed on the floor between rows of units appeared to have remained intact. The findings were consistent with reports that the container had been involved in a rollover accident that jostled the heavy and robust unit's but from our vantage point we could not observe any damages. This unit is being sold as part of an insurance claim.
