***Seller Comments: The appliances sustained exposure damage on 03/12/2024. It has been reported that the appliances were in a showroom which had minor water damages, less than ½ inch was on the floor. While the appliances were in the showroom, the mitigation company began tearing out the drywall and floors and had fans blowing debris causing minor debris exposure to appliances. The appliances are being sold as part of an insurance claim***

Buyer must have insurance certificates of $1 million liability to schedule removal of items. Certificate must list insured as an additional insured on the policy.

No Loading Dock, Ramps, or Forklift Available: Only RGN or trailers with ramps can be used to pick up this item at this location. Seller will not allow item to be loaded on a step-deck or flatbed trailer without the appropriate ramps.
Driver MUST bring a copy of the IronPlanet Item Release to pick the item up.
