The cargo is being consolidated and is currently on (34) pallets and an additional (23) pallets with sacks.
It has been reported that approximately (35) boxes have damage and approximately (25) pallets with 180 boxes each, plus three boxes are undamaged.
***Seller Comments: The units sustained damage during transit. The containers were on the ONE Apus, these containers were damaged, the ocean carrier refused to dispose of them. Those two containers were devanned and reworked into other containers and were shipped on to California. The units are being sold as part of an insurance claim***

After the lot closes, the Seller will decide either to accept or reject the high offer. If the Seller accepts, an invoice will be issued and the lot will transact. If the Seller rejects, the Buyer will be notified and there will be no sale. A Seller award decision is expected within 5 business days of the close date.

Pickup Terms
Failure to follow these terms may result in the seller turning away the attempt of your driver to pick up the purchased item(s).
Hours: Buyer must contact location at least 24 hours prior to arrival to make load out
Location can load for $50 per hour. Storage is $75 per day on the buyers account starting 7/6.
No Loading Dock, Ramps, or Forklift Available: Only RGN or trailers with ramps can be used to pick up this item at this location. Seller will not allow item to be loaded on a step-deck or flatbed trailer without the appropriate ramps.
Driver MUST bring a copy of the IronPlanet Item Release to pick the item up.
