Spring drive movement by Honore Pons. Stamped on the back of the case ‘Pons Medaille D’or, 1827. The clock is integrated into a burgundy and white Carrera marble pedestal, into an open compartment near the top. Pedestal is gilt bronze ormolu mounted and stands approx. 59 in tall.

The unit sustained fire damage on 08/01/2021. It has been reported that the roman numeral white dial is missing the hour hand. Numerous damages were observed to the marble elements of the pedestal, including some losses and improper repair efforts which has left the pedestal with subsequent loss of level and balance. This unit is being sold as part of an insurance claim.

The current operating and/or physical condition of the unit has not been verified by IronPlanet.
